My Philosophy: The Light Within

I am deeply guided by a belief in a world that is inherently filled with love. While I sit on the fence regarding traditional definitions of a distant God, I am completely certain about one thing: the inherent goodness of human nature.
Call it the “Inner Light” as the Quakers do, or call it a beautiful product of our shared biology—there is a divine spark inside our fellow human beings.
We live in a world that often feels fractured by top-down dogmas and digital divisiveness. My goal with ReachingMyDreams is to build a soft, grounded space that reminds us of what truly matters: community, empathy, and collective care. I believe our greatest collective callings should be waging wars on poverty, fighting illiteracy, and fiercely protecting the public air and nature that connects us all.

Every celestial print, meditation clip, and affirmation track on this site is curated with intention. I generate and render these visual meditations locally on my hardware right here in Indiana. It is a blend of modern tech and a deep reverence for the natural world.

I live in St. Louis, where I share my home with three delightful cockatoos, including my cherished companion, Boo, the Goffin’s cockatoo, who has been a part of my life for over 23 years. Alongside my supportive boyfriend, I indulge in hobbies that include leisurely walks at the Missouri Botanical Gardens, savoring the vibrant atmosphere of local art fairs, unwinding at wine bars with inviting patios, and relishing moments of laughter and camaraderie with friends.
